The OLEIFICIO FINA with its traditions handed down from generation to generation has always been, for about 150 years, an important producer of 100% ITALIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. To the ancient and traditional production of the past years, some significant specialisations have recently been added to the very modern plant, which have made the Oleificio FINA a company that is subject to the regulations of the EEC 2815/98 with recognition
N°015AV059001 and the quality and environmental management system.


In this hilly area, rich in vegetation and crops, in the early nineteenth century, an ancient ancestor of the FINA family, a true connoisseur of oil and a lover of olive trees, built an oil mill and began producing an oil that, preserved in special terracotta amphorae, carefully protected, satisfied every taste, from the everyday to the most refined, both local and from the surrounding area. Over the years, his children and heirs, deeply rooted in tradition and driven by family pride, continued the founder’s work with the aim of improving the quality of the product and placing it among the most renowned olive oils. While not forgetting the methods and meticulousness of the old processing methods, over the years they have modernised the old mill with new technologies to produce a fragrant extra virgin oil rich in properties, an oil that in the early nineteenth century was also requested by the noble and middle-class families of Avellino and Naples. The FINA family, thanks to their intuition as skilful producers, had made an extra virgin olive oil that, with its perfect taste and low acidity, was the end result of years of dedication and love for their business.
